How do I begin my journey?

Simply complete our online consultation form, tell us about your goals, and upload the requested photos. Our medical team will review your case and guide you through the next steps.

Is my consultation confidential?

Absolutely. All medical information, photos, and personal details are handled with complete confidentiality.

Will I know if I'm a suitable candidate before travelling?

Yes. Your medical questionnaire and photographs will be reviewed before any travel arrangements are made. You’ll also have an online consultation with your surgeon before confirming your surgery.

Your Surgeon & Hospital

Who performs the surgery?

Medical fees are paid directly to the clinic. Our concierge fee is separate and communicated transparently in your proposal — no hidden charges.

Will I meet my surgeon before surgery?

Yes. Many of our clients travel independently. Our Signature and Private Elite programs are built specifically for this experience.

Can I choose my surgeon?

Where appropriate, we’ll recommend the surgeon whose expertise best matches your goals and procedure.

Travel & Accommodation

What is included in my VIP package?

Depending on your selected package, your journey may include airport transfers, premium accommodation, hospital coordination, patient support, scheduled follow-up appointments, and personalised assistance throughout your stay.

Are flights included?

International flights are not included, giving you the flexibility to choose your preferred airline and travel dates.

Which hotel will I stay in?

We work with carefully selected premium hotels chosen for their comfort, quality, and convenient location.

Can I bring a companion?

Yes. Many patients travel with a partner, family member, or friend. We can help arrange suitable accommodation for your companion.

Surgery & Recovery

How long should I stay in Thailand?

The recommended length of your stay will be discussed during your medical consultation. Based on your chosen procedure, your surgeon’s recommendations, and your individual recovery plan, we’ll advise you on the appropriate number of days to remain in Thailand to ensure safe recovery and all necessary follow-up appointments.

Most patients remain in Thailand for approximately 7 to 14 days to allow time for surgery, recovery, and follow-up care.

What happens after surgery?

You’ll recover in the hospital under medical supervision before returning to your hotel. During your stay, you’ll attend follow-up appointments and receive continuous support from our team.

Will I receive recovery treatments?

Depending on your procedure and package, you may enjoy selected wellness and recovery services designed to support your healing and comfort.

How much does surgery cost?

Every treatment plan is personalised. Once your medical assessment has been completed, you’ll receive a detailed quotation with transparent pricing.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. Your quotation clearly outlines the services included. If additional medical treatment becomes necessary, your coordinator will discuss this with you before any decisions are made.

How do I secure my surgery date?

Once you’ve completed your consultation with the surgeon and decided to proceed, we’ll guide you through the booking process and confirm your surgery date.

After You Return Home

Will you continue supporting me after I return home?

Yes. Our team remains available after your return to answer questions and assist you throughout your recovery.

What if I have concerns after surgery?

If you have any questions during your recovery, simply contact our patient care team. We’ll coordinate communication with your surgeon whenever necessary.

We partner with an AACI-accredited center in Bangkok that meets strict American quality and safety standards. Every physician is fellowship-trained with international experience.

Is my consultation confidential?

Absolutely. Discretion is the foundation of our work. We use private entrances, dedicated recovery suites, and confidential communication channels throughout.

Will I know if I'm a suitable candidate before travelling?

It depends on your treatment. Most journeys are between 7 and 21 days, allowing for consultation, procedure, and structured recovery before travel.
