Yando Clinic (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates https://yandoclinic.com/. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

Who we are and what we do

Yando Clinic is a referral and coordination service. We help prospective patients connect with medical clinics in Thailand. We are not ourselves a medical provider, and we do not diagnose, treat, or guarantee any medical outcome.

Information we collect

When you submit an inquiry through our website (for example, our contact or intake form), we may collect:

  • Your name, email address, and phone number;
  • The treatment or procedure you are interested in;
  • Information you choose to share about your medical condition or history, to help us and the clinic understand your inquiry.

Information about your medical condition is treated as sensitive information under Israeli privacy law, and we handle it with additional care as described below.

Why we collect it

We use this information to:

  • Respond to your inquiry;
  • Match you with a suitable clinic in Thailand and share the relevant details of your inquiry with that clinic so they can respond to you;
  • Communicate with you about your inquiry and, if applicable, your treatment arrangements;
  • Improve our website and services.

Sharing your information

We share your information with the specific clinic(s) in Thailand relevant to your inquiry, solely for the purpose of responding to it. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Because this involves sending information outside of Israel, we take reasonable steps to work only with clinics that handle patient information responsibly. If you have questions about a specific clinic’s data practices, contact us at yando.clinic@gmail.com.

Legal basis and consent

We collect and use your information on the basis of your consent, given when you submit our intake or contact form. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us, though this may limit our ability to assist with your inquiry going forward.

How long we keep your information

We retain your information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and, if you proceed with a clinic, to support your treatment coordination, after which we delete or anonymize it unless we are required to keep it longer by law.

Your rights

You may ask us to:

  • Confirm what personal information we hold about you;
  • Correct inaccurate information;
  • Delete your information, subject to any legal retention requirements.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at yando.clinic@gmail.com.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

Cookies

Our website currently uses only cookies necessary for it to function. If we add analytics or advertising cookies in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

Visitors from the European Union

If you are located in the EU, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the rights described above as well as the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
